But something interesting happened to the game’s creator along the way. According to it’s inventor, Cheri Norgaard, of Laguna Hills, CA., human resource departments, business colleges and corporate trainers turned out to be her best customers because they use the game to liven and facilitate dialogue at meetings and in classrooms. This twist of fate has helped launch Cheri’s new career opening business meetings and corporate events by getting large groups to participate in a game of Up The… Corporation. “It’s fun, it’s lively and it helps loosen the mood of everyone,” says Cheri.
